Essential features of our mast series KVR:

Top load, depending on type and height, up to 75 kg and up to 20 m height

The mast series KVR were developed for mobile use with heavy top loads, with simultaneous high requirements to the exactness of the mast.

Extending / retracting of the mast is controlled operated by ropes, safely running inside the mast. An installed retracting cable grants safe retracting of the mast even in case of icing and heavy wind.

The mast tubes are fitted in with very small tolerances by a particular guide system. Guiding allowance is adjustable.

During extending of the mast the individual sections are locked automatically against another whereas during retraction of the mast the sections are unlocked.

An automatically working friction disk brake installed into the mast gear avoids autonomical retracting of the mast and enables stopping of the mast at every height requested.

The mast tubes as well as all parts made from aluminium are protected against corrosion by anodic oxidation.
